Return & Refund Policy
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period, during which you may return your package without giving any reason.
These 30 days start on the day your package is received.
Please note:

The return shipment must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact Melcoras Customer Support at support@melcora.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for return (and photo evidence if the item arrived damaged or not as described)
Once verified, we’ll provide:

The supplier’s return address

Any RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) details required
⚠️ Do not send returns to Melcora’s office or mailing address — returns must be shipped to the supplier’s designated warehouse.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
We’ll review your case and provide the best solution — such as a replacement or refund — at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our or the supplier’s error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

Returns are typically sent to the supplier’s warehouse (often in the country of origin, such as China).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover or refund return shipping where applicable.
Processing Time
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we’ll process it within 10 business days.
You can track delivery with your return tracking number.
After your refund is issued, it may take up to 7 days for it to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Subscriptions
If you are enrolled in a subscription plan, you may cancel anytime — no fees or penalties.
To cancel:

Email us at support@melcora.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal date, or

Use the "Manage Subscription" link in your order confirmation email.
Once canceled, you won’t be charged for any future shipments. Any orders already processed or shipped before cancellation will follow the standard return policy above.

Fraudulent Chargebacks
