Shipping Policy

All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount. No code necessary—free shipping will be applied at checkout.

Order Processing
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During peak holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high demand.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
